Q.If I haven’t received the goods, what can I do?
A. If you don’t have received products within 45 days, please contact us, we will offer full refund to you, and please don’t leave bad feedback, post is out of our control.
Q. how can I pay for you?
A. If you can’t checkout immediately after auction close, please wait for a few minutes and retry Payments must be completed within 3 days.
Q. which payment methods do you support?
A. We accept Alipay, West Union, TT. All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor ESCROW.
Q. What caused the color of the goods don’t match the color of the picture?
A. Differences in color maybe caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the mirror,lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item you received is in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.
Q. If I’m not satisfied with the products, what can I do?
A. We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can.If you return the items within 15 days, We will refund you. However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lose when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim
with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items
